The University of Baguio proudly welcomes the successful Certified Public Accountants (CPA) from the School of Business Administration and Accountancy (SBAA)!
Recently announced from the Certified Public Accountants Licensure Examination (CPALE), 3,460 out of 10,171 examinees, or 34.02% board-takers, passed the examination last October 24 to 26, 2025.
Conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the CPALE grants aspiring professionals the legal authority to use the title Certified Public Accountant, engage in public practice, and assume roles in auditing, finance, taxation, and management across various industries. Newly-acclaimed license holders having the CPA credential are also internationally recognized, enhancing career opportunities both locally and abroad.
The October 2025 Licensure Exam announced 18 testing centers all over the Philippines. Including testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
